I think this is part of the Inkigayo programme ( Hope I didn't get to wrong :) where they invite winners in the top 5 or 10 charts to announce the results of the most popular ringing tone. This week we have Kang Min Kyung !!! Davich's song "Sad Promise" is on no. 3 of the chart and Epik High featuring Ji-Sun's song "One" is no. 1!! Yeah!
