perhaps...The Best Korean Rock Band!

The group combination is like the Taiwanese band group "FIR", both groups are rock style, 2 guys and 1 female lead singer but to me JiSun is a better performing artists, it could be due to her former experience of singing live in Hongdae clubs. I really love her voice, she can sing really really well...you can feel the happiness or sadness, each song not only telling the story but experiencing it... My only compliant about them? ermm...they are a little too slow in their production...I can't wait for their next release!!!

Updates:

In late October of 2007, JiSun left Loveholic, they held 2 days "Thanks" concert on 27th and 28th October at the National Museum of Korea. Loveholic decided not to disband and will release their fourth album. Awww.... I am really upset that Jisun left the band...at the time when I started to like Loveholic so much!!! Urgh!! Loveholic will never be the same again without JiSun :( The worst thing of all is.....there wasn't a world tour concert ..... international fans are missing out a lot!! I was hoping that they will release a DVD for the concert? If someone knows about it...please inform me!!!!

On the other hand, I should be happy for JiSun for going solo.... it probably will be better for her since her popularity raised throughout the years, I like to ask her new company to treasure her and do their best for her first solo album. .......I can't wait for her first solo CD!

I still like Loveholic...hope they keep their style and looking forward for their new release too!

Introduction

Loveholic (러브홀릭) is a South Korean Modern Rock Band founded in 2002. Ever since their debut "Florist" in 2003, they won the hearts of many fans in Korea. Each member are persistence and talented, their works are often dramatic and of British Rock style. They have also gained international popularity when many of their tracks are used in MBC and KBS TV series, commericals and movies. Their songs had been remade and sang by HK, Taiwan and Japanese singers. Loveholic agrees that they have grown used to and are comfortable in each other’s company. Just as their relationship has matured and developed, their music feels at home in its skin. No longer are they three talented musicians, but one band that shines in its own unique way.
